Birth and Postpartum package

This package is $1,200
$200 will be due upon time of contract agreement, the remaining $1,000 may be paid in installments, but must be completely paid by the time you go into labor.
Placenta Services
Encapsulation - $300
The placenta is dehydrated, ground up into a powder, then put inside of capsules. 100-200 capsules depending on the size of your placenta.
Placenta Powder - $250
The placenta is dehydrated and ground up into a powder. This is ideal for those who can’t tolerate, or don’t like swallowing capsules. It can be added to daily smoothies or other foods.
Placenta Tincture - $45 add on, $200 on its own
~4-6 oz depending on the size of your placenta
This requires a 6 week steep period, so when it’s returned to you it won’t be ready for use. You will have to swirl it daily to mix gently, then strain it when it’s ready for use.
Postpartum support
Stand alone postpartum support is available for those who don’t need extra support during labor and birth, but would like some extra help during the postpartum period! These hours may be scheduled 24 hours in advance and you can book ahead, or you can schedule visits when you feel like you need them. Services include; Basic chores such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, Helping with newborn feeding whether it be breastfeeding support or help with preparing bottles for baby, I am able to prepare meals for the parents, I can help take care of baby while the parents nap, shower, spend time together, etc. I’m also able to help you with things such as hair washing or showering if you’re struggling to do these things after a c-section. I also use this time to offer one-on-ones with the birthing parent to ensure they are in good mental and physical health. We will use this time to talk about how you’re feeling and adjusting to everything, and if there is any extra help you may need I am able to offer help in finding that for you., or I can just be a listening ear as you talk about your birth experience and how your adjusting to your new baby.
These services are available for $45/hour, and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Virtual Consultations
Virtual Consultations are available at no cost. These are done over google meet, and during this visit we will go over what exactly a doula does, what they are and are not allowed to do, we will discuss what kind of support you’re looking for and what kind of help you’re hoping to receive, and a rundown of my services provided and pricing.
